For your convenience, a drop box is located outside the main entrance, accessible 24/7, including before, during, and after hours, and holidays.

Please include your case number or Social Security number on each document and allow up to 10 business days for processing. The drop box is emptied twice daily (morning and afternoon) during regular business hours, excluding holidays.

NOTE: Do not place documents for Job and Family Services in the TAN drop-box located at the far right end of the building. That box is for Summit County Department of Sanitary Sewer Services (DSSS) use only.
